Customer Service Officer – Crossover Restaurant
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to deliver exceptional dining experiences at our restaurant. You will welcome guests, handle inquiries and complaints, manage reservations, and coordinate with our team to ensure outstanding service standards.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly
- Ensure guests have an excellent dining experience from arrival to departure
- Take reservations and assist with seating arrangements when required
- Follow up on customer requests and special orders
- Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the restaurant's service standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist in resolving service issues and customer concerns
- Promote restaurant products, menu items, and special offers
- Maintain accurate records of customer feedback and report recurring issues to management
- Ensure the reception and customer service area is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support the achievement of customer satisfaction and sales targets
Requirements
- SSCE, OND, or Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle complaints effectively
