Investment Adviser (Luxury Real Estate)

SOW Real Estate is seeking a top-tier Luxury Real Estate Investment Adviser to join its elite sales team. The role involves sourcing, advising, and converting high-net-worth individuals and corporate investors into property owners.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage, nurture, and convert leads into purchasing clients
• Conduct tailored, high-value presentations and site inspections for luxury properties
• Advise high-net-worth prospects on market trends, capital appreciation, and rental yields
• Diagnose client hesitations and resolve complex objections to close deals
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years' verified experience in luxury real estate sales or high-end luxury product sales
• Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding aggressive sales targets and closing high-ticket deals
• Must currently reside in Abuja, Nigeria
• Presentable, articulate, self-motivated with an assertive 'go-getter' mindset
• Advanced negotiation, pipeline management, and client relationship skills
• Deep knowledge of the local Abuja real estate market
