Production Supervisor

Oversee shift production output and ensure targets and quality standards are met. Allocate floor personnel efficiently across operational lines and enforce HSE, cleanliness, and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift production output and ensure targets and quality standards are met.
• Allocate floor personnel efficiently across operational lines.
• Enforce HSE, cleanliness and SOP compliance.
• Prepare accurate shift production reports.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate with maintenance teams.

Requirements

• OND only in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or related technical discipline.
• 2–3 years’ direct production floor experience in a manufacturing or industrial factory environment.
• Candidates without prior factory/production experience will be disqualified.
• Strong knowledge of shop-floor workflows, machine operations and safety standards.
• Good leadership, communication and shift-coordination skills.
