SecureID Limited is seeking a proactive IT Support Officer to provide technical support, troubleshoot user issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues.

Requirements

• OND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, computer hardware, and antivirus applications.
• Basic networking and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to resolve software, device, and connectivity issues.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
