We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to help grow our brand and generate quality leads across our digital platforms. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing community engagement, and optimizing paid campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, and property showcase.
• Manage daily posting schedules and community engagement.
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote properties, events, and company campaigns.
• Stay updated on social media trends and real estate marketing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/video editing tools.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other social media advertising platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage.

Salary Competitive salary - N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
