Join Radisson Hotel Group as Director of Sales and lead our dynamic sales team to drive revenue growth and create memorable guest experiences. This is a strategic leadership role requiring ambition, commercial acumen, and proven sales excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the hotel's sales team initiatives
- Maximize revenue and growth by directing revenue-generating activities aligned with the business plan
- Drive new business development for the hotel
- Build effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities
- Lead the sales team to achieve exceptional outcomes and elevate customer interactions
Requirements
- Proven track record in a similar sales leadership role within a quality environment
- Demonstrated excellent standards and sales productivity
- Commercially astute and motivated by challenge
- Driven and ambitious with ability to increase productivity and sales volume
