Lounge & Nightclub Manager, Lugbe

Lulus Lounge & Nightclub is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Lounge & Nightclub Manager to lead our venue, deliver memorable guest experiences, and grow revenue. Our entertainment includes club nights, Exotic Fridays, dance performances, and karaoke.

Responsibilities

• Lead club operations and maintain high standards of service, safety, and presentation.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bar, service, security, and entertainment staff.
• Plan and execute themed nights and events with DJs, performers, and promoters.
• Take responsibility for weekly sales targets, event turnout, reservations, and repeat customer growth.
• Oversee stock, purchasing, cash handling, expenses, and controls to reduce losses and protect profitability.
• Build relationships with guests, promoters, vendors, and other partners who can help grow the business.
• Review nightly sales and operations, resolve issues promptly, and report results and improvement plans to ownership.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in nightclub, lounge, bar, or hospitality operations, including management or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, grow sales, manage costs, and deliver successful events.
• Strong knowledge of Abuja’s nightlife market; an established local network is an advantage.
• Excellent guest relations, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work late nights, weekends, and event days.

Salary ₦300,000–₦500,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
