Neighborhood Channel Sales Manager - Edo
PZ Cussons is seeking a Neighborhood Channel Sales Manager to implement sales strategy and deliver business objectives within an assigned neighborhood. This role requires driving customer and field sales performance, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring brand visibility without direct management authority.
Responsibilities
- Manage VSR (Village Sales Representatives) and track secondary sales achievement
- Expand coverage and ensure product availability across neighborhood outlets
- Coach and accompany VSR teams in field execution
- Manage promotional activities and ensure SFA parameter tracking
- Drive brand visibility through effective point-of-sale execution and implementation
- Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activity
- Achieve secondary sales targets and weighted distribution targets
Requirements
- First degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year experience in marketing or sales with proven KPI delivery
- Valid driver's license and experienced driver
- Direct experience with PZ Cussons Way of selling, QDVP (Quick Decide Value Proposition), outlet segmentation, and relationship management
- Knowledge of field sales management and market intelligence
- Computer literacy
- Emerging competencies: Commercial acumen, customer management, negotiation, in-market execution, selling skills, sales drivers, channel strategy
- Developed competencies: Communication/interpersonal skills, IT skills
- Knowledge of PZ Cussons Leadership competencies
