Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments
• Monitor and document vital signs
• Administer medications within scope of practice
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions
• Educate patients and family members
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate concerns and changes in patient condition promptly

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification
• Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to work independently
• Access to a smartphone
• Previous experience in home care, medical-surgical, critical care, long-term care, community health, or mental health nursing is an advantage
