Food Manufacturing Project Manager

Prestigious Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Food Manufacturing Project Manager to lead food manufacturing and product development projects for clients across multiple industries. The role involves managing projects from product concept through commercialization, ensuring regulatory compliance, manufacturing readiness, quality standards, and timely delivery while supporting business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead food manufacturing and product development projects from concept to market.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Coordinate product formulation, pilot production, scale-up, and commercialization.
• Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, GMP, HACCP, and other food safety standards.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to improve production processes and product quality.
• Support proposal development, project scoping, and client engagement.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• 4–6 years' experience in food manufacturing, product development, or food processing.
• Proven experience managing food products from concept to commercial production.
• Strong knowledge of NAFDAC registration, GMP, HACCP, and food manufacturing processes.
• Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates must have hands-on experience working within a food manufacturing facility or food processing company.
