Social & Digital Media Marketing Officer
LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited is seeking a highly creative and result-driven Social & Digital Media Marketing Officer to develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support the growth of financial products and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create quarterly digital marketing plans and manage monthly content calendars across all digital platforms
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging digital marketing trends
- Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, reels, carousels, blogs, and live sessions
- Manage the organization's presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, and other platforms
- Grow online communities through meaningful engagement and relationship management
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and customer enquiries with timely responses
- Develop digital campaigns that generate quality leads for various financial products
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, X, Google, and other platforms
- Monitor online conversations and identify fake accounts, impersonation pages, and reputational risks
- Publish customer awareness and fraud prevention campaigns
- Collaborate with Marketing, Retail Banking, Digital Banking, Corporate Communications, and other teams
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or related discipline
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing within banking, financial services, fintech, or consumer goods sector
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing (advantageous)
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media management
- Excellent content writing, copywriting, and storytelling abilities
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and social media advertising
- Basic graphic design and video editing capabilities
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Understanding of financial services marketing and regulatory compliance
