Senior Sales Consultant

Doulas by the Bay is a women-led organization seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our remote sales team. You will conduct virtual consultations with families interested in our pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care services, guiding them through their options and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom with prospective families
• Clearly explain services and guide clients through available options
• Build trust and support clients in making informed decisions
• Follow up with interested leads and manage client relationships professionally
• Record interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience (consultative or service-based preferred)
• Women candidates, 30 years or older
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident communicator who builds trust quickly
• Organized, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely
• Reliable internet connection and professional workspace
• Ability to work California (PST) business hours from Nigeria
• Strong follow-up and closing skills
• Comfortable conducting multiple Zoom consultations daily
• Passion for working with families and women-centered services

Salary
