Insurance/Financial Advisor

LEADWAY ASSURANCE LIMITED is seeking an Insurance and Financial Advisor to build a client base, increase sales revenue, and provide excellent customer service. This is a full-time role based in Lagos, ideal for entry-level professionals with foundational knowledge of insurance products and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to sell insurance policies
• Assess clients' insurance needs and provide personalised solutions
• Sell various insurance products (life, health, auto, home insurance)
• Assist clients with policy applications, claims, and other issues
• Evaluate clients' risk profiles to determine policy terms and premiums
• Collect premiums from clients and ensure timely payments
• Support clients in filing claims and throughout the claims process

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Minimum NCE qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar field
• Proficiency in English
• Lagos-based applicants are prioritized
• Full-time availability (8 AM – 5 PM)

Salary

NGN 70,000 – 150,000 per month plus commission
