Head of Enterprise Operations & Technology

ITH Holdings is seeking an experienced Head of Enterprise Operations & Technology to provide strategic leadership across Internal IT, Project Management, and Administrative functions. The role involves driving operational excellence, leading cross-functional teams, and leveraging technology to improve business performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Internal IT, Project Management, and Administrative functions.
• Drive operational efficiency, governance, vendor management, and strategic business execution.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and enterprise technology projects.
• Execute complex cross-functional initiatives with strong project management skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years' progressive experience including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in Internal IT operations, digital transformation, and enterprise technology projects.
• Strong Project Management and Programme Delivery experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline. Master's degree and relevant certifications are an added advantage.
