IT Support Officer

Grandville is hiring an IT Support Officer to provide technical support and maintain IT infrastructure in Lekki, Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and troubleshooting for end-users
• Manage Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office environments
• Administer Active Directory and Office 365
• Maintain CCTV systems and IP telephony
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and basic server administration

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in IT support role
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Networking and hardware troubleshooting skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Preferred: Active Directory, Office 365, CCTV systems, IP telephony, and basic server administration experience
• Preferred: Professional IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco)

Salary

₦300,000 – ₦400,000 / Month
