IT Support / Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are hiring a Female Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Lagos. This is an onsite role ideal for someone with strong technical skills and customer service expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support using CRM tools
• Handle customer inquiries and issues professionally
• Deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with CRM tools
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Tech-savvy with strong technical aptitude
• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
• Female candidates

Salary ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 per month Accommodation provided
