Digital Marketing, Growth & AI Manager

Zino Aviation is a pilot training, aviation management, and consultancy firm seeking a Digital Marketing, Growth & AI Manager to execute marketing strategy and drive growth across the Group's companies.

This is an execution-focused role reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, Communications & Brand, responsible for turning strategy into measurable results through digital campaigns, performance marketing, marketing automation, CRM systems, analytics, and AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across channels; manage email marketing and automation workflows
• Run paid advertising campaigns and optimise funnels, conversion rates, and ROI
• Manage and optimise CRM systems (Zoho especially); build workflows, lead-capture systems, and dashboards
• Manage websites and landing pages; track KPIs, traffic, and conversions; report with recommendations
• Implement AI-powered marketing systems and automate repetitive marketing activities
• Support social media growth and audience acquisition across platforms

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in digital, growth, or performance marketing, or marketing technology
• Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms (Zoho CRM/Campaigns/Forms, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make)
• Strong analytics skills (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools)
• Strong AI fluency and systems-thinking mindset
• Proven experience executing digital campaigns and growth initiatives
• Highly analytical, organised, proactive, and results-oriented

Preferred: Zoho ecosystem experience is especially valued.
