Éclat Human Resource Consulting is seeking a Digital Marketer to develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will manage social media platforms, plan advertising campaigns, monitor website performance, and analyze campaign results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Monitor website performance and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve visibility.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
• Develop content calendars and coordinate digital campaigns across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce compelling marketing materials.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
• Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 – 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content management systems.
• Experience using graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent project and time management skills.
• A proven track record of delivering outstanding digital marketing results.
• Verifiable evidence of past successful campaigns and measurable performance.
• Ability to execute with speed while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Salary N250,000 per month.
