iRecharge is hiring an Internal Auditor to strengthen its audit and compliance functions. This role is ideal for a professional with fintech or banking experience who can provide strategic insights and ensure regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across fintech/banking operations
• Assess compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies
• Identify risks and recommend control improvements
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services
• Strong understanding of digital banking and regulatory frameworks
• Strategic thinking and effective execution capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ownership
