Quality Control & Standardisation Lead

The Quality Control & Standardisation Lead will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of programs delivered by the Enterprise Development Centre at Pan-Atlantic University. This role involves developing and maintaining standards, monitoring performance, and supporting the implementation of training programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and standardisation across all programs.
• Monitor and evaluate program delivery.
• Support the development of training materials and processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain program integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Education, or Social Sciences).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, programme management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of training methodologies and evaluation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
