Direct Sales Executive

Workforce Group is seeking a Direct Sales Executive to promote and sell financial products, acquire new customers, and build strong client relationships in Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell financial products
• Acquire and onboard new customers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct field and relationship-based sales activities
• Present products and engage customers effectively
• Meet assigned sales targets
• Submit daily and weekly sales reports

Requirements

• OND / HND / NCE / BSc in any discipline (Finance-related fields preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
• Willingness to work in a field-based role
• Age: 34 years and below
• Sales or marketing experience (preferred)
