Tech Recruiter

HR-Aid Consults is seeking a Tech Recruiter to attract and hire skilled candidates for technology-related roles including software developers, engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity specialists, and IT support staff.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, niche platforms, networking events, and job fairs
• Review resumes, assess technical skills, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments
• Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills needed, and team culture
• Provide feedback to candidates, maintain relationships with past applicants, and promote employer brand
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
• Stay updated on technology trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices

Requirements

• Understanding of technical roles, programming languages, software development processes, and IT infrastructure
• Clear communication skills to convey job requirements and company culture
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Organizational skills to manage multiple open positions and maintain recruitment records
• Analytical skills to evaluate candidate fit and make informed hiring decisions
