About the role

Business Development Executive

Jobberman Nigeria Recruitment is hiring a self-motivated Business Development Executive to identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, and close enterprise sales with minimal supervision. You'll manage the pipeline for RealWear and industrial technology solutions across oil & gas, energy, utilities, power generation, marine, manufacturing, and telecommunications sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within oil & gas, energy, utilities, power generation, marine, manufacturing, telecommunications, and industrial sectors
  • Develop and execute strategic account penetration plans
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis
  • Schedule and conduct customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations
  • Understand customer operational challenges and identify suitable technology solutions
  • Develop solution proposals and commercial offers
  • Coordinate proof-of-concept deployments and pilot programs
  • Manage opportunities throughout the complete sales cycle
  • Develop relationships with operators, service companies, EPC contractors, and industrial asset owners
  • Represent Tareon Services Limited at industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
  • Identify channel partnership and business collaboration opportunities
  • Maintain accurate opportunity records and forecasts
  • Submit weekly sales activity and pipeline reports
  • Provide management with market feedback and customer insights

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in oil & gas, energy, utilities, or industrial sectors preferred
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

Salary

₦250,000 – ₦400,000 per month (Negotiable)
