Van Sales Representative

Multipro Consumer Products Limited is seeking a Van Sales Representative to execute sales and marketing plans across an assigned territory, driving monthly and annual sales targets in the beverage sector.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sales and marketing plan for the assigned territory and deliver monthly and annual sales targets
• Achieve product availability in wholesale and retail outlets at competitive levels
• Work with dealers and retailers to activate products at the point of sale
• Identify, create and execute opportunities with dealers/retailers to increase sell-in/sell-out
• Develop strong relationships and maintain close collaboration with all dealers
• Monitor dealers' turnover and stocks weekly; ensure SKU availability and dealer target achievement
• Develop and execute action plans when dealers fall behind on monthly targets
• Identify and recruit new wholesale and retail customers
• Remit all cash collected on behalf of dealers without fail
• Perform daily reconciliation of dealer stocks sold through redistribution
• Monitor and report on competitor activities (pricing, promo schemes, new products)

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: OND
• Minimum 1 year of van sales experience
• Good driving skills with active driving license/permit
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian roads
• Proficiency in executing "Steps of the Call" and building customer relationships
• Information tracking, analysis and presentation skills
• Good communication skills and goal-driven mindset
• Strong customer focus and negotiating skills
• Ability to use smartphones and knowledge of sales applications
