About the role

Admin & Customer Service Executive

TeamAce Limited is seeking an Admin & Customer Service Executive to deliver exceptional customer service, manage administrative operations, and enhance customer engagement across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and orders via walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and social media channels
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain administrative records, customer databases, operational reports, and business documentation
  • Manage social media engagement, respond to customer inquiries online, and support content posting
  • Coordinate daily office operations, monitor inventory, and support general business administration

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic social media management tools
  • Must reside within Surulere or its immediate environs
  • Experience in retail, home furnishings, lifestyle, or related industries is an advantage
