Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and reliable Accountant with strong expertise in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate must be financially disciplined, analytical, and capable of managing the company’s financial records, reporting, and compliance with accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Monitor income, expenses, and budget performance.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
• Prepare accurate payroll schedules and ensure statutory compliance.
• Handle tax documentation and liaise with relevant regulatory bodies when required.
• Track receivables and payables to ensure proper cash flow management.
• Generate weekly and monthly financial reports for management review.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Support internal and external audit processes.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven accounting experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, financial reporting).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and ethically sound.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
