About the role
Head of Real Estate Sales
Jiji Online Marketplace Limited is recruiting a Head of Real Estate Sales to lead and drive real estate sales operations. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ikeja, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Lead real estate sales strategy and execution
- Manage and grow the real estate sales team
- Drive sales performance and revenue targets
- Build and maintain real estate network relationships
- Improve service quality and customer experience
Requirements
- Proven track record in real estate sales
- Strong real estate network
- Leadership and team management experience
- Sales expertise and deal-closing ability
