Financial Data & Reporting Analyst

LN Outsourcing's client, a well-established business services organization supporting large corporate clients, is seeking a highly analytical Financial Data & Reporting Analyst to support Management by analyzing financial and operational information, performing reconciliations, reviewing data accuracy, and developing reports that improve business visibility and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large financial and operational datasets for management insights
• Perform regular reconciliations across multiple data sources
• Review financial/operational information for accuracy and consistency
• Compare source information against processed data and investigate variances
• Develop exception and variance reports for Management
• Identify unusual trends and inconsistencies requiring review
• Support monthly financial and management reporting
• Assist with validation of schedules and supporting documentation
• Develop Excel-based analytical tools and templates
• Support automation of recurring reconciliation and reporting activities
• Develop dashboards and reports for monitoring key business indicators
• Work with Finance, HR, and Operations to resolve data discrepancies
• Perform periodic data-quality reviews
• Recommend improvements to reporting and data management processes

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field
• Approximately 3–6 years' relevant professional experience
• Previous experience in accounting, finance, audit, reporting, reconciliation, or data analysis is desirable
• Experience with large financial/operational datasets is an advantage
• Progress towards ACA, ACCA, or ICAN is an added advantage
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, Power Query, etc.)
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, or ERP systems is an added advantage

Salary ₦7.2 million – ₦9.6 million per annum + HMO, Pension and other benefits
