About the role

Technical Account Manager (Capital Markets Software)

A bridge role connecting customers, support, implementation, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless issue resolution, successful deployments, and excellent customer experience in capital markets software.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day customer relationships and serve as primary point of coordination
  • Track and resolve customer issues and escalations
  • Support implementations, upgrades, UAT, training, and go-live activities
  • Gather and document customer requirements
  • Provide clear customer-facing updates and reports
  • Identify opportunities for customer adoption, renewal, upsell, and expansion

Requirements

  • 2–5 years' experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Product Support, Business Analysis, or Enterprise Software Support
  • Experience with financial institutions, fintechs, stockbrokers, fund managers, banks, PFAs, or capital markets operators highly preferred
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of APIs, databases, web applications, and software support processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, and CRM/ticketing systems
