About the role
Accounts Officer / Admin
We are recruiting an Accounts Officer/Admin to join our team in Opebi, Ikeja. You will be responsible for bookkeeping, financial record-keeping, and day-to-day accounting operations.
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and financial record keeping
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Manage inventory and reconcile stock movement
- Track cash flow and maintain financial ledgers
- Process vendor payments and customer invoices
- Manage distributor accounts and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Support day-to-day financial operations and planning
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls
- Maintain the accuracy of data entered into the accounting system
Requirements
- OND or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Salary ₦120,000 to ₦130,000 per month
Work Schedule Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
