B2B Sales Representative

Aureole Consulting Limited is seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Representative to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities to expand market reach
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and partners
  • Present and pitch products/services to prospective clients and confidently negotiate contracts
  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record in B2B or corporate sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong relationship-building abilities within corporate environments
