Customer Service Officer

E-Hotels Transit Bnb Limited is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Officer with good technical knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product support, and assisting users with basic technical issues while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and other communication channels
  • Provide prompt and professional customer support
  • Assist customers with basic technical troubleshooting and product usage
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • Educate customers on company products, services, and features
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: BSC degree
  • 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Proficiency in English

Salary

NGN 70,000 - 150,000 per month (Negotiable)
