Business Development Officer (FMCG Sales)
Adventure Capital Group is seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships across the FMCG sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Acquire and manage distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and retail outlets
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities
- Ensure product availability across assigned territories
- Prepare sales reports and market intelligence
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in FMCG sales or business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strong understanding of sales processes and territory management
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
