About the role

Business Development Officer (FMCG Sales)

Adventure Capital Group is seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships across the FMCG sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Acquire and manage distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and retail outlets
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities
  • Ensure product availability across assigned territories
  • Prepare sales reports and market intelligence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in FMCG sales or business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and territory management
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
