Ignite Energy Access Nigeria Limited is seeking a dynamic and disciplined Customer Finance Zonal Team Lead with a passion for Recovery, Stakeholder Management, Entrepreneurship, Renewable Energy, and Financial Inclusion. This role involves managing customer finance operations, leading a team, and ensuring compliance within the renewable energy and mobile payment technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Reach all quantitative and qualitative targets set by the Customer Finance Department on Bounce backs, Reactivations, and Repossession.
• Develop a scalable credit portfolio maintenance and recovery process for the Region.
• Manage repayment payment integration within the respective regions.
• Recruit and train collection agents to drive target achievement.
• Facilitate the usage of Credit Management Tools within the Region.
• Conduct credit compliance during field visits and on-the-spot assessments.
• Carry out quarterly credit campaigns and weekly recovery committees.
• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders to improve payment channels.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years working in similar renewable energy or related field experience.
• 2–3 years’ experience as a Loan Recovery Manager is an added advantage.
• Experience in leading a team and managing a dispersed team in rural communities.
• English and Hausa language proficiency.
• Strong customer relations, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues, cross-functional counterparts, and external partners.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics Tools (Tableau, SQL, Microsoft Excel).
