Facility Executive
A Facility Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a facility. This includes supervising support staff, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily facility operations and maintenance activities
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance
- Supervise cleaning, security, and facility support staff
- Liaise with vendors and service providers
- Conduct inspections and resolve maintenance issues
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
- Maintain facility records and address staff concerns
Requirements
- BSc in a related field
- 2–3 years of valid experience
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be based in Lagos
