Prime Montessori School is seeking a School Academic Supervisor to lead and support academic operations. Responsibilities include overseeing curriculum delivery, staff development, and maintaining high educational standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee academic programs and ensure alignment with the Nigerian curriculum.
• Monitor and evaluate teacher performance and student progress.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance classroom learning and student engagement.
• Maintain and improve school facilities such as the library, science lab, and IT room.

Requirements

• Proven experience in academic supervision or management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Montessori education principles.
