Trade Marketing Coordinator – Promasidor

Drive category growth and market share development across sales channels through strategic planning, trade marketing execution, and cross-functional collaboration in the FMCG sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies to drive sales growth, market share, and profitability
• Design and execute trade marketing activities, promotional campaigns, merchandising strategies, and in-store activations
• Manage in-store execution plans for general trade and key accounts; define POS materials and activation standards
• Partner with sales teams to develop region-specific category growth plans across retail channels (modern trade, general trade, e-commerce)
• Conduct competitive and pricing analysis; monitor market trends and provide regular category performance reports
• Collaborate with supply chain, demand planning, and marketing teams to ensure product availability and new product launches
• Coach and mentor sales employees; foster a performance-driven culture
• Manage AVA and Promasidor Perfect Store (PPS) budgeting, procurement, and deployment
• Track category profitability and pricing strategy competitiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales or Trade Marketing with demonstrable success in category development
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proven experience in category development
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and financial acumen
• Knowledge of competitive intelligence, shopper trends, Nielsen and Kantar data
• Interpersonal skills, ownership spirit, self-motivation, and leadership abilities
