Direct Sales Agent

FMR Agency is seeking experienced and results-driven Direct Sales Agents to support customer acquisition and revenue growth within the digital payments sector. The role involves identifying, engaging, onboarding, and activating new business clients across high-density commercial areas in Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential business clients (SMEs, retail stores, hospitality outlets, corporate clients, etc.) within assigned territories.
• Promote and sell digital payment solutions, including collections and payout services.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate product features and benefits to prospective merchants.
• Support merchants through onboarding, KYC documentation, and account activation processes.
• Achieve assigned monthly merchant acquisition and activation targets.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities using CRM tools or provided reporting platforms.
• Provide post-onboarding support to ensure customer retention and continued product usage.
• Gather and report market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activities to the sales leadership team.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of direct sales experience within the FinTech industry.
• Previous experience working with OPay, PalmPay, or Moniepoint is mandatory.
• Proven experience in merchant acquisition, field sales, and customer onboarding.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
• Good knowledge of the Lagos business landscape.
• Basic digital literacy, including proficiency in smartphone applications, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.

Salary ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly (Net) + Commission
