Visa Officer

We are currently hiring a Visa Officer to join our team at a Study Abroad/Education Consulting company.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to students throughout the visa application process.
• Assist in processing Schengen Visa applications and related documentation.
• Communicate effectively with students to ensure they understand the study-abroad procedures.
• Maintain strong customer service and follow-up skills.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc. in any relevant field.
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience as a Student Counsellor or similar role.
• Must have experience in Schengen Visa processing and counselling.
• Good knowledge of study-abroad processes, visa applications, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to counsel students and guide them through the application process.
• Strong customer service and follow-up skills.
• Candidates must reside in Surulere, Lagos, or nearby areas.
• Must be organised, proactive, and target-oriented.
