Marketing Associates

Marketing Associates are responsible for driving customer acquisition and growing volumes, especially in the retail business of the bank through opening different types of accounts. They also provide feedback to the sales team and product management regarding market situations, reactivate inactive accounts, onboard customers through alternate channels, cross-sell value-added products, and develop initiatives that improve productivity and achieve milestones.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition and grow volumes in the retail business by opening different types of accounts.
• Provide feedback to the sales team and product management about market situations on new or existing product development/upgrades.
• Reactivate inactive and dormant accounts in the branch and reactivation by proxy as well as USSD.
• Onboard new and existing customers through mobile app, internet banking, and USSD platform.
• Cross-sell value-added products to every customer.
• Develop initiatives and ideas that improve productivity and achieve milestones.
• Build a customer retention strategy using gamification and keeping customers informed.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree from a reputable institution.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Very smart and tech-savvy.
• Excellent communication skills (both written & oral).
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Professional, able to maintain confidentiality and ethical behavior.

Salary

• N180,000 – N230,000 Monthly (negotiable based on prior experience)
• Other Benefits: Commission, HMO, Pension, 13th Month and Annual Leave Allowance.
