After Sales Engineer / Manager

Bee Bee Jump Ltd is seeking an experienced After Sales Engineer / Manager to lead technical support and maintenance operations, with expertise in solar installations and electronic systems repair.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product repair, testing, and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality
• Read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams and diagnose faults
• Perform soldering and use specialized repair tools
• Communicate with customers and technical teams to resolve after-sales technical issues
• Maintain detailed service logs and reports
• Coordinate with engineering teams for system checks and upgrades
• Install and support both on-grid and off-grid solar systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of practical experience as an After-sales Engineer/Manager in a solar company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to perform on-site and field work
• Excellent time management, communication, and customer relationship skills
• Leadership capabilities
• Knowledge of electrical circuit faults
