About the role

Customer Service & Social Media Executive

Company: Kids Party Planning Company
Location: Ajao, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for someone who loves people, enjoys social media and can represent our brand professionally. This role combines customer service, social media management, and light administrative support for a dynamic events business.

Responsibilities

Customer Service (50%)

  • Respond to WhatsApp enquiries promptly
  • Reply to Instagram, Facebook and email messages
  • Send quotations
  • Follow up on enquiries
  • Book venue inspections
  • Keep client records organised
  • Collect deposits and confirm payments
  • Prepare client files before events

Social Media (40%)

  • Create creative and engaging content relevant to events business
  • Post daily on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
  • Schedule content using Meta Business Suite
  • Reply to comments and DMs
  • Upload event photos and videos
  • Assist with creating reels
  • Collect and post client reviews
  • Monitor engagement and report weekly

Administration (10%)

  • Assist with invoices
  • Organise digital folders
  • Keep event checklists updated
  • Support the team during busy weekends

Requirements

Must Have:

  • Excellent English
  • Friendly personality
  • Great customer service skills
  • Good typing skills
  • Knowledge of Instagram & Facebook
  • Basic Canva skills
  • Microsoft Word & Excel proficiency
  • Organised and punctual

Preferred:

  • Experience working with an events company
  • Located around Ajah, Sangotedo, Lekki or Abraham Adesanya for ease of movement
