Digital Communications Officer

The Digital Communications Officer will play a pivotal role in creating and delivering highly engaging content across digital channels, including the website, blog, email marketing, and social media platforms. The role focuses on driving brand visibility and generating premium sales leads.

Responsibilities

• Craft and publish compelling stories, videos, and visual narratives that highlight premium craftsmanship.
• Plan, execute, and manage monthly content calendars and digital campaigns.
• Establish a cohesive visual and messaging identity across all digital touchpoints.
• Monitor and engage with the audience on digital platforms.
• Track, analyze, and deliver monthly reports on campaign performance.
• Collaborate with production, showroom sales, and project teams to source impactful narratives.

Requirements

• Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of active experience in digital marketing, social media management, creative content creation, and basic graphic design.
• Proficiency in photography/videography equipment.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in mobile and desktop creative tools (e.g., Canva, InShot, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut).
• Hands-on experience managing and running campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and email marketing platforms.
• Solid understanding of digital metrics and tracking software (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
