Group Head, Tax, Risk & Compliance

The Group Head, Tax, Risk & Compliance will be responsible for overseeing all tax, risk, and compliance functions across the company's subsidiaries. This role reports to the Group Executive Director, Finance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax, risk, and compliance functions across all subsidiaries.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic decisions related to risk and compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in tax, risk, and compliance within a large organization.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian tax laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Leadership experience in a senior management role.
