Responsible for guiding, motivating, and supervising the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Monitoring daily performance, conducting evaluations, and coordinating day-to-day sales operations.

• Providing incentives to meet and exceed sales targets
• Monitoring daily performance and conducting regular check-ins
• Addressing performance issues or conflicts
• Coordinating day-to-day sales operations, including staff schedules and floor coverage

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company
• Driving experience required
