Limitless Technology is looking for Japanese-speaking freelance customer service representatives to support Netflix customers in Japan. This is a fully remote freelance opportunity for people who are confident speaking with customers, comfortable using online systems and able to work independently from home.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer support in Japanese by voice
• Helping customers with account, service and technical queries
• Following Netflix support processes and quality standards
• Using online systems and knowledge tools to resolve customer issues
• Delivering a professional, friendly and efficient customer experience
• Completing required training, assessments and programme updates
• Working independently from home while staying connected with the wider support team

Requirements

• Fluent or near-native Japanese language ability
• Strong spoken communication skills
• Comfortable supporting customers by phone
• Confident using online systems and digital tools
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home working environment
• Ability to work independently and follow defined processes
• Customer service experience is useful but not essential

Salary

• $20 USD per hour during training and the initial live period
• On-Target Earnings model of up to $20 USD per hour, linked to agreed service and performance measures
