Service Advisor – Mikano Motors, Lagos

We are hiring a Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, managing vehicle inspections, service recommendations, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the repair and maintenance process.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers professionally and conduct needs assessments
• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics to identify maintenance and repair needs
• Prepare detailed service estimates and work orders with transparent pricing
• Provide clear explanations of recommended services and upsell additional offerings
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service department
• Keep customers informed of progress and appointment timelines
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
• Conduct quality inspections on completed repairs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, estimates, and service histories
• Educate customers on preventive maintenance and vehicle care

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in automotive
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
• Proficiency with service management software and scheduling tools
• HND or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (automotive technical training is a plus)
• Professional communication and customer service skills
