Market Team Lead

JEV Consulting is seeking a Market Team Lead to lead and coordinate the organization's sales and marketing team to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition across all business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise the marketing and sales team; set and monitor achievement of sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; build strategic relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide market intelligence reports to management
• Maintain strong customer relationships; ensure excellent customer service and resolution of complaints
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives; support digital marketing and lead generation
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members; identify training needs and participate in recruitment
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports; track pipeline opportunities and conversion rates
• Ensure compliance with company policies and protect confidential information

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's Degree
• 4–6 years progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role
• Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in a diversified group of companies is an added advantage

Preferred Location

Candidates living in Lekki, Ajah, Jakande and environs are preferred for proximity.
