Customer Service Officer – Jomav Homes

Jomav Homes is seeking a Customer Service Officer to deliver exceptional support to property clients while enabling sales and administrative operations. This role combines client-facing inquiry management with documentation support, lead coordination, and relationship building in Nigeria's real estate sector.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media regarding property listings, pricing, and payment plans
  • Assist clients with property acquisition processes, including explaining terms and preparing documents (Deeds of Assignment, Survey plans)
  • Resolve client complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
  • Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, schedule property viewings, and coordinate meetings
  • Maintain accurate client records and transaction history in the company's CRM software
  • Engage with existing clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships for referrals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • High levels of empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
