Customer Service Officer – Jomav Homes
Jomav Homes is seeking a Customer Service Officer to deliver exceptional support to property clients while enabling sales and administrative operations. This role combines client-facing inquiry management with documentation support, lead coordination, and relationship building in Nigeria's real estate sector.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media regarding property listings, pricing, and payment plans
- Assist clients with property acquisition processes, including explaining terms and preparing documents (Deeds of Assignment, Survey plans)
- Resolve client complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, schedule property viewings, and coordinate meetings
- Maintain accurate client records and transaction history in the company's CRM software
- Engage with existing clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships for referrals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High levels of empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
