About the role
Sales Manager – Rice Mill
ARN Foods Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth across multiple distribution channels and expand market presence in the rice milling industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key distribution channels: institutional sales, open market networks, and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering)
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share
- Build strong relationships with distributors, corporate clients, and stakeholders
- Ensure high standards of customer service and account management
- Drive sales performance and volume targets
Requirements
- BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar role within rice or flour milling
- Strong experience managing institutional, open market, and HORECA channels
- Proven track record in sales growth and market expansion
- Excellent negotiation and sales closure skills
- Key account management expertise
- Team leadership capabilities
